heavy deads

let's lift some heavy stuff...

Note weight & BW. Go for max by last round.

RESULTS:
Jason - 300, 330, 340, 350, 375, 375, 400 - bw 170
Seth - 405,415,420(f),420(f),415(f),405(f),315 - bw 200
Todd - alternate workout, "Cindy" - 9 Rds

15# under my PR but more than i expected after yesterday's hamstring/back destruction.

Stupid slippery bar. I knew I should have waited to get the one w/ some actual knurling. The 420 is my PR, and I had it above the knee. Couldn't quite lock it out due to grip failure. Grip was the issue all the failed lifts. So frustrating.
Still, given how tight/tired my back & hamstrings were from yesterday, I can't feel too terrible about the numbers. The 415 lift was solid at least.
