16:38. sub'd tuck-jumps, good mornings and used a bench w/ toes under the car for GHDs. GHDs ate up the majority of the time by far. they are ridiculous. i expect to be very sore in random places over the next couple of days...and i now have i migraine. kthxbye.
i should also note that, because of my GHD setup, my ROM was no doubt short of normal...
That was a lot of 'GHD' sit-ups. I expect to feel like my stomach was used as a punching bag for the rest of the week.
I also experienced the migraine feeling afterward.
