I am sore enough, and busy enough today that I just skipped completely. This is a good, quick one. I'll have make it up sometime soon.

Same here with the no workout and the skipping and the excuses. I've got a 135lb bar getting rusty out in the yard tho. I'll do this one tomorrow.

It took a while to get around to making this one up, but I finally did it. First workout in the garage in quite some time. Took some doing to clear away the clutter, dust and cobwebs off the barbell.
Not a PR, but I'm still pleased with the results. Those last few reps were tough to lock out on the push jerks/press portion.
