Not so amazing…

Today's a simple one:


 

GRACE

135lb clean and jerk – 30 reps for time

Rx says clean and jerk because it's easier to say. The accepted standard is 135lb barbell, two hands, from the floor to overhead any way. Snatch, clean and jerk, power clean and push-press, whatever. Just as long as you take the barbell from the floor to full lockout overhead 30 times.

7:53 - Had to do it outside due to being at home and the baby's nap time. Sucking that cold air wasn't fun. I don't envy jason for having to be in a cold garage most of the time.

3:44 - I was really pleased with the results today. Used mostly power clean + push jerk. Went straight to push jerk w/o stopping at shoulders on some of the reps.
