shoulders are spent and chic-fil-a dinner is eating a hole in my stomach. i can has FAIL.
I remember that doing that one in May, so I added the link to the post. Not sure my shoulders would care for all those burpees, let alone the TGU these days. Trying to save them for an upcoming tennis tournament.
