Yaaaaay Burpees!

This one started out as a much harder workout, but got… eh… scaled back… once we started.

3 rounds for time

  • 21 Burpees
  • 10 Dumbbell power snatches per arm @50lbs
  • 9 Ring Dips
  • Run 1/4mi

Sucked major.

When ring dips are the easy part of the workout, you know you're in trouble. Scaling back was definitely the right decision.
