Pull-ups, pull-ups, pull-ups, pull-ups, pull-ups. We love pull-ups.
Perform one round each minute on the minute, for 30 minutes of:
- 5 Pull-ups
- 10 Push-ups
- 15 Squats
RESULTS
Justin and Seth - Got to about round 13 and couldn't keep up the round-a-minute pace. Seth and I ended up getting in 25 and 26 rounds, respectively, in 30 minutes.
Jason - 11 rounds as rx, 21 rounds total.
Shiloh - 30 rounds, some on-the-fly scaling to maintain rx pace. (see comments)

This was much tougher than it looked on paper. The first couple of rounds weren't too bad, but after that the rests got shorter and reps got slower. I found myself fighting the urge to puke after each round past the first 12 minutes.
Damn it's good to be back.
11 rounds at the per-minute pace. 21 rounds total. pardon me while i go vomit.
welcome back, seth!
Ok, squats after doing 95 lb thrusters yesterday was cruel. After about 12 rounds I switched to 15 push ups and 10 squats...that lasted 3 rounds. Then I went to back to 10 push-ups and 10 squats. After round 22 I dropped to 5 squats, but finished all 30 rounds.
If you had told me I would do 150 pull ups and 315 push ups and 320 squats in 30 min a couple months ago I would have just laughed.
Thanks guys!
