Friday is finally here! It's been a tough week, but let's finish strong with a hero workout: J.T.

last 9 HSPUs were assisted...i couldn't even get my head off the ground.

i got through the first round pretty quick and thought, "man, i must've improved at these HSPUs." then came the second set...and i found out quickly that i was WAY wrong.

Getting all 21 HSPU in round 1 = Bad idea. Round 2 was done entirely in sets of 3 and 2. Round 3 was all singles.

I suppose I shouldn't be too critical. It's more than a 10 minute improvement over three months ago!

I lost a bit of time to those 'rings' not being set up properly before I started. Things slipped after a few reps, and I had to re-do them.

It was the HSPU that slowed me down, though. Even doing singles, I failed on rep 7 in the last round. Had to rest a bit to get the last few. Felt like I was going so slowly. What took so long last time, because this was much better.

It could have been mid-day Sat. instead of late night week day, but it felt good today. All 21 HSPU first round had me overly optimistec; things slowed down quickly.
