Who's feeling heroic?

We haven't done enough hero workouts lately, so here's one that'll be new to me:

"Joshie" - 3 Rounds for Time
40# DB Snatch x 21 reps - right arm
21 L-Pull-Ups
40# DB Snatch x 21 reps - left arm
21 L-Pull-Ups


Results:
Jason: 27:48 - sub DB power snatch
Seth: 25:46 - sub DB power snatch
Shiloh: 29:32 - sub DB power snatch

27:48. those l pull-ups were murder...just ask my forearms.

Good job today Jason.

My right knee did not care for the full squat on the snatches, so I switched to a power snatch after about a 1/2 dozen reps.

That was one heck of a lot of L-pull-ups. Felt weak on them today. Maybe I'm just not used to working out at 3:00 in the afternoon.

not so fast on the good job! i'm glad you posted that. it would help if i knew my exercises, i suppose. apparently i subbed DB power snatches, too. which is fine because i seriously doubt i'd have been able to get my squat on like that.

No kidding. Doing snatches with a full squat would have been a real killer.
You still earned the "good job", for completed the workout; some around here didn't even attempt it...
