Mainsite Video Ripoff…

Taking the WOD from today's mainsite video and altering it to our needs. Today is:


10 Rounds for time of

  • 10 Hang Power Cleans @ 95lbs
  • 5 Handstand Push-up

it wasn't so much the breathing that got me this time as it was my hands/forearms from all the cleaning....gosh.

oh, also i used 2x45# DBs.

Those hang power cleans were murder on the grip. It was the HSPU that at up most of my time, though. I was having to do a single rep at a time in the later rounds.

Definitely feeling the effects of the two weeks off.

Amen, man. My forearms felt like freakin overinflated water baloons. I found myself coming very close to dropping the bar on about the last five sets.
