Justin has missed enough workouts already this week, and he'll be traveling for the next few days. So, today's workout is a simple one that he should be able to do just about anywhere.
For Time:
150 Burpees
Results:
Jason: 28:03
Seth: 16:46
Shiloh: 17:35
Officially, you're supposed to jump up 8" after each rep. This would be an acceptable substitute. These probably feel less goofy when in a group setting than when by yourself at the gym.

28:03.
that took me way longer than it probably should have. afterwards i did 100 25# windmills (50 each arm) for time @ 9:23. my legs are pissed.
That hurt.
I went to the little aerobics classroom at the gym to do the workout today. Managed to avoid company for about the first 120 or so reps. Then like 1/2 dozen people rolled in to see the sweating, grunting, collapse-to-the-ground conclusion.
dude 16 minutes? holy crap. i knew i took a long time but...holy crap. nice work!
Thanks man. The key is to just keep moving.
I set out with a plan to do 15 sets of 10, and kept trying to push myself to limit rest within the set to a single deep breath between reps. Took a bit longer rest between sets. Definitely slowed to a couple breaths between reps by the end.
I sure didn't have the energy to do 100 windmills afterwards, so my hat's off to you for that.
150 Burpee/back tucks
18:20
Yeah right! lol
I plan on doing these on Sunday....Still have Thursdays to do on Sat.
17:35
I went for the 15 sets of 10 also. I rested long enough after each set to go write down another mark and not much more. I was on pace for 16 min for a while, but it slowly slipped away.
Good job Seth!
I would have done a few back tucks but some how I forgot.
