It sounds simple,

but it will not be easy.

Five rounds, each for time of:

  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 40 Sit-ups
  • 50 Squats

Time each round separately.
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

i did unanchored sit-ups and that really killed my rounds...as did the cold air in the garage...i can't seem to breathe as well when the air is cold like that. those are my excuses, anyways.

Round 1: approx 6:00
Round 2: approx 8:30
Round 3: approx 7:00 of vomiting in the bathroom
Round 4: and then once more in the parking lot behind Luby's on my way back to work.
Round 5: dnf

I'll be sure not to drink next Sunday. Or maybe ever again. Ugh.

ok, I re-did rounds 3-5 just now at home with slightly less disgusting results.

Round1: 5:25
Round2: 6:40
Round3: 8:58

I definitely didn't have anything else in me. What a workout.

I guess the GHD's I did last Thursday are still effecting me: the sit-ups were my slowest part.
