Behind the times

It astounds me just how much traffic the photo accompanying this workout has brought to this blog since the last time it was posted. Most appear to be image searches from locations in Europe for some reason.

This also happens to be the HQ WOD from Tuesday:

Power Clean 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

That's seven sets of one repetition. Rest as needed between efforts.

followed by yesterday's wod as rxd in 18:31. this was my first time running in the fivefingers. definitely made my running seem more efficient, but i can already tell i'm going to be crazy sore from the knees to the tips of my toes tomorrow!

Ron and I went to 10Fitness today. Since we were limited with bars and space we couldn't do the cleans. I searched through a few months on CrossFit.com and couldn't find anything that jumped out at me so I just made one up. It turned out to be a lot tougher than I thought it would be.

For Lack of a Better Workout,

5 rounds For Time:
•10 bar dips
•10 Burpees
•10 pull-ups
•25 squats

James - 22:17
Ron - 2 rounds in ~18:00
