- 15 Pull-Ups

I really wanted to get four rounds, but it just wasn't going to happen. I think my problem was from a long, unhealthy weekend and the P90X plyometrics this morning. I'm worn out!
I was just weak today. I don't really have any good excuses, because I was pretty lazy this weekend. I did carry a drunk friend from the bar to the car the other night. Could that be considered a workout?

Oh, time on the JT workout was 18:10.
Pretty impressive Justin. I can't decide if I'd rather do weighted ring dips or a month's worth of Richard Simmons video workouts. That one may be too close to call...
That one sounded easier than it played out to be. Maybe it was the long weekend, maybe it was the 2 1/2 hours of yard work I did right before, or maybe it was the hot humid garage, but...what ever it was I only finished
