We couldn't come up with a pre-made workout that really seemed like a good fit today, so I decided to go ahead and make up a new one. This looks like a good sweat-inducer, but shouldn't be too much to recover from:

Damn those slow treadmills. I was hoping to have an edge on the running, as there was no way I was catching Laura on the squats. Couldn't make up time running at 10 MPH.
Been a while on the RMMs. Even tougher than I remembered.
Yeah, they forced you to run with a stride closer to the 5'3" girl. So unfair. That workout reminded me of the parking lot runs and squats we did not too long ago. But with some Hellacious RMMs added to it. I wish I could have watch myself doing them, because I'm sure my form was really sloppy.
Yeah, I felt like a hoochie mama at the club trying to keep my ass from sticking up during those rows.
I was happy to be able to stay on the treadmill with my knees being weak. But I couldn't go any faster than 7.0, so that really hurt my time. I better finish a lot faster next time we do this one.
Don't worry James. You made the Hoochie mama look work for you.

Note: 15 RMM's was a retarded idea. Despite the protests of all involved, it was decided to drop the number of reps per round down to 10. Also, it was originally posted as 20 reps. This too was retarded.
