Head Spin

Even though I just came up with this one, I think Pukie designed it and used his nasty powers to implant it in my mind.

10 rounds for time:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 GHD's
15 Back Extensions

Results:
James - 18:42
Laura - 19:26, decline situps with 15# ball (ball behind head to shoulder press)
Seth - 17:31

That wasn't nearly the head-rush workout that I thought it would be. Instead it just killed my lower back. Next time I will try 10 rounds of: 5 HSPU's, 10 GHD's, 5 burpees, 10 Back Extensions. Thaaaat should get the belly juices a rumblin!

Maybe one of these days I'll be able to do a full handstand push-up.

Thanks for posting today James, but my lower back didn't like that at all.
Also add in 15 box jumps and make them burpulls next time? Then we can get some serious pain going!
