Go with what you know

Getting back into things after a holiday is always interesting. Might as well do something familiar.

"Cindy" - AMRAP in 20 minutes:
  • 5 Pull-Ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Squats


RESULTS:
Seth - 18 rounds + 8 push-ups
Laura - 14 rounds, sub jumping chest-to-bar pull-ups
Todd - 9 1/2 rounds
Jason - Alternate workout, see comments

My shoulder is a whiny little bitch. Though I tried to be careful about hand placement/arm angles on the push-ups today, I still 'pinched' something internally about 5-6 times. Not cool. Still nearly tied my PR of 19 rounds today.
