Felt pretty weak on the Bench press. Have done plenty of other pressing work this week, so there's my excuse to not be discouraged by the lack of progress. Also, we almost never do bench.
I am happy with my performance today. I did better than I thought I would.
Yeah! One step closer to being a "MeatHead" when I grow up.
Note to self...more grunting next time.
