This is an adaptation of the Jonesworthy WOD from the CF Bible (Seth’s excel spreadsheet). I changed Pull-ups to Thrusters and swings to Ab Rolls. Should be fun!

Holy crap. Whomever thought that Thrusters should follow high-rep squats needs to get their head examined!

Should mention the added fun of doing this at 9:30 at night in a 45 degree garage. That barbell was frigid. Didn't get warm till the last 2 rds.
