What is CrossFit again???

I'm getting something from my distant memory...I'm going to guess...is it a kind of shoe?

It's been a while. Like "two weeks" a while. So I went with a random selection from the CrossFit bible. Not a great move.

"Gates of Fire" - For Time:
50 GHD Sit Ups
50 Push-ups
100 Thrusters @ 65lbs
50 Push-ups
50 GHD Sit Ups

Previous, previous

Results:
James - ??:??, sub regular situps, sub 65 thrusters at Rx'd weight.
Seth - 26:47, sub steep decline sit-ups

I couldn't even set my watch right. About the time that I gave up on finishing the thrusters I looked at my watch and found that I had been exercising for around 45 seconds. I know, I'm amazing.

That is an impressive time James. I couldn't come close to my old results.

Those thrusters SUCKED!!!
