How do you make a former mathematics major and software developer hate an elegant number like 100? Follow it up with "Thrusters", that's how!
Did I read my time correctly? I know I started first and finished first. I'm sure I'll be sore tomorrow.
Ditto Seth! Only, for me, replace "mathematics major and software developer" with "auditor."
This was my very first CrossFit workout when I started back in October. I think I liked it better when I did 75 thrusters at 30# and anchored situps instead of GHDs.
Laura,
Seth and I were talking about that earlier. I started 3 minutes after you and Seth started 7 minutes after you. I think my time and yours may have gotten transposed when they got copied to the post-it. Seth's gonna check the spreadsheet later.
Also, stfu. You can't win EVERY time.
Ouch, Justin!
Geez, it isn't my fault that I was born with superior dexterity regarding anything remotely engaging physical fitness and the aptitude to transcend even the idea of...what do you call it?...not winning? But I've learned to live with it...until now.
"Excuse me, I think I just threw up in my mouth."
That sounds like a prologue in The Japalenist Manifesto.
It's important to familiarize yourself with the experience of losing. It has great carryover to everyday life. It's the entire basis of my training goals.
Just so that we don't stray off course. Let's take a moment to re-focus on what is really most important here. Infidel Crossfit - "Promoting An Atmosphere Conducive To Talking Shit."
Don't get me started on some you're mama jokes...
please pardon the grammer ↑
But not that grammar.↑ That one was intentional :)
Please share the blog James. It isn't just for you.
Are you ready for this...in a 97 degree garage today at 4:00 pm:
