i really, really thought i was going to be awesome at muscle-ups today. i mean i knew i wouldn't get 30 but i figured i'd get at least some. wrong. O.N.E. oh well. must be all the practicing. took about a 5 minute timeout after rep 20 when i thought i broke my kneecap on the power tower during a kip. this workout included many epic fails...but at least one success!
