Jason - ~16 mins, did 800M first run + 11:10

The first set of swings felt pretty good. The second, immediately following the deadlifts, not so much.

~16 mins. kinda forgot to start the time before my first run AND ran 800m by mistake. going by my old avg mile time i figure it was probably about 4 1/2 minutes. i am not an awesome runner. remaining timed part was 11.10. as rx'd.
