1st round looks like: 80x Squat + 40x KBS + 20x Pull-up
2nd round looks like: 40x Squat + 20x KBS + 10x Pull-up
etc...etc...

considering i'm sick today and that i felt like quitting and throwing up after the 2nd round, i'll consider that a successful workout. time to lay down and pass out now...
"After the second round", Jason? I was feeling pretty unpleasant after the first one.
Those TGU/PowerSnatch/Windmill complexes left me pretty torn up. May be 'fun' just trying to walk around this weekend.
