Human punching bag

Those GHD sit-ups from Monday have left me feeling like I've was used as a human punching bag. I'm pretty sure this will not help matters.

"You Lost Me at Burpees" - AMRAP in 20 minutes:
  • 5 Deadlifts - 135 lbs
  • 5 Hang Power Cleans - 135 lbs
  • 5 Push Jerks - 135 lbs
  • 10 Burpees
  • 15 Pull-Ups

Results:
  • Jason - 3 4/5 Rounds, as Rx'd
  • Seth - 5 1/5 Rounds, as Rx'd
  • Todd - 4 Rounds, sub 80# lifts, 50# weight-assisted pull-ups

3 3/4 rds as rx'd. something was not right with me today. i got through the first 3 rounds in around 12 minutes and it took me the last 8 to complete 3/4 of one round because i was so dizzy. that sucked. either i really overdid it on the first 3 rounds or i just didn't eat the right stuff this morning. bleh.

that should be 4/5 instead of 3/4. i'm dumb.

I went slow on the burpees today to try and not kill my still-recuperating shoulder. I think I made it through without too much damage done there. Did have some sweet tunnel vision and nausea in the last round and afterward.
