A Kinder, Gentler Randomizer?

I've been having some shoulder issues (too much tennis, plus workout programming last week I suppose), so imagine my surprise when the randomizer picked a workout that actually looks to be shoulder friendly.

"080814" - 3 rounds For Time:
  • 50 Double-Unders
  • 50 Hip Extensions
  • 50 GHD Sit-Ups

Results:
  • Jason - 16:38, sub tuck jumps, good-mornings, toes-under-car ~GHD sit-ups
  • Seth - 16:31, sub 45# good-mornings, toes-under-smith-machine ~GHD sit-ups

16:38. sub'd tuck-jumps, good mornings and used a bench w/ toes under the car for GHDs. GHDs ate up the majority of the time by far. they are ridiculous. i expect to be very sore in random places over the next couple of days...and i now have i migraine. kthxbye.

i should also note that, because of my GHD setup, my ROM was no doubt short of normal...

That was a lot of 'GHD' sit-ups. I expect to feel like my stomach was used as a punching bag for the rest of the week.
I also experienced the migraine feeling afterward.
