Stack it up

We're going higher than usual for the box jumps today.

AMRAP in 15 min of:
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 box jumps - 32" box

Results:
  • Jason - 12 Rds, as Rx'd
  • Seth - 12 Rds + push-ups + 1 box jump, 33" box

12 rds as rx'd. i used the freezer in the garage. hope it still works after that abuse. same goes for my legs. ouch.

I was really wanting to skip the gym yesterday (no energy), but Jennifer had told me she'd be there.
Poor girl had car trouble and couldn't make it.
Guess I'm glad I went ahead and worked out...? That workout hurt though.
I had to jump down from the box, as my hamstrings are still so tight that stepping down was not a safe option. Love the looks this workout gets from the other gym patrons.
