starting again all over again...again

trying to get back in shape...again. this started out as chelsea but i quickly realized i wouldn't last 30 minutes so i changed on the fly to cindy:

AMRAP in 20 mins of:

5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats

RESULTS:
Jason - 17 rounds

i just read that spealler's best cindy is 38 rounds. holy crap!
