- 30 Front squat @ 95lbs
- 50 Back Extensions (or Supermans)
- 30 Hang squat cleans @ 95lbs
- 30 Knees-to-elbows
- 21 Snatches @ 95lbs
- 75 sit-ups

This was an awesome combination of exercises, but the rep count just kept astounding me. I must have triple-checked a few of them, hoping I misread a 30 as a 50, but nope, it still said 50 each time.
Need to work on the form and OHS strength required to do the snatch lifts correctly, rather than subbing power snatch like we did this time.
