Fran continues to astound me. How can you get your ass handed to you by a workout that short? Just something I ponder as I lie on the gym floor gasping for breath afterwards.
Hey, given the thrusters and push-press work from yesterday and all the pull-ups already this week, a PR by 12 seconds feels pretty good. The workout...not so much.
nice work, guys. that's awesome that you BOTH hit PRs today. as for me, i'm on the disabled list with a questionable left hamstring. i tested it with a DB thruster and yeah, it's not happening today. sucks.
Sorry to hear about the bum hamstring. I hope it gets better soon so you can continue busting tail on the workouts.
