hatred

because i hate burpees, i'm borrowing this from HQ:

10 rounds for time of:
12 burpees
12 pull-ups

RESULTS:
Jason - 30:37
Shiloh - 20:31
James - 8 rounds in 24:38

Alternate WOD, an old HQ Challenge:
For Time (Try to beat 10 minutes)
-Run 1 Mile
-21 Reps Body weight Bench Press

Then "Squat Therapy":
20 Rep set @ (fairly) heavy weight.

Results:
Justin - 8:19, 165# BP + 20 x 205# squats
Seth - 8:19, 195# BP + 20 x 185# squats

8 rounds in 24:38. I could've finished if I had the time. It would've been another 10 minutes at least.

When I first read the workouts, I was really wishing I wasn't trapped in the garage tonight (it would have been a great night for a run). I was also worried about a puke monster visit (Chinese buffet for dinner).

I guess you can never tell:
