The CrossFit headquarters posted a set of new Hero workouts recently. We've chosen to up the effort in honor of Ryan Hummert today.
"Ryan" - 5 Rounds for Time:
7 Muscle-Ups
21 Burpees (1 foot jump each rep)
RESULTS:
Seth - 18:13, bar muscle-ups, lateral jump burpees
Justin - 23:20, bar muscle-ups, lateral jump burpees
Jason - 34:10, 3 x pull-ups + dips for muscle-ups
James - 24:30, 4 Rounds: 2 x pull-ups + dips, 14 reps lateral jump burpees
Shiloh - 23:39, bar mu/ring dips

The burpees involved a lateral jump over a step aerobics base that was about 4" high & 14" wide.
Could easily have been satisfied by three rounds today. That got really tough.
24:30. Four rounds of 14 pull-ups, 14 dips and 14 lateral burpees over a 4" high, 14" wide board.
34:10 and i hate burpees with every ounce of my being. also had to sub 3 x pull-ups/dips since i still can't do a freaking muscle-up.
Muscle Ups were better, but still had failures. (subbed two Ring dips after two failures for a muscle up) Had runs of 4 and 3 MU in a row, but got really tough by the end.
