My knee is officially down for the count, so I concocted a personal WOD that's easy on the legs (but not so easy on the eyes).
5 rounds for time:
10 pullups
10 bar dips
10 pushups
10 hanging power cleans @ 95#
50 situps

I shouldn't have put the pushups after the dips. I won't make that mistake again. The situps were anchored but still brutal towards the end. A really good sweat workout.
