Grip may be an issue

It gets quite hard to hold onto the barbell as grip fatigue occurs in the later rounds. At least that's what happened to me last time. It's also been posted a few other times.

Ron and I did a made-up workout at 10Fitness. It was designed to punish me for having drinks last night. I'll call it...

600 Reasons to Act Like a Grown Up.

3 rounds for time of:

50 air squats
50 push-ups
50 sit-ups, unanchored
50 DB power snatches, 35 lbs (25 each arm)

I finished in 32:36. Ron finished 2 rounds in ~27 minutes with various scaling.

Looks more like "600 reasons to collapse in the floor and cry like an infant" to me. That doesn't really have the same ring to it, tho.

I am going for a physical this afternoon to be sure I am still a man....
