What the SPF?

As evidenced by my pasty whiteness, I tend to be pretty diligent with the sunscreen most of the time. However, I'm not in summertime mode yet this year. Let's just say the 5x5 heavy back squat workout didn't sound like fun for today. Instead, we get something a bit more met-con.

3 Rounds For Time:
  • 40 Double-Unders
  • 30 SDLHP - 45 lbs
  • 20 DB Thrusters - 2 x 20# DBs
  • 10 L-Pull-ups

That was pretty rowdy. Subbing BS + PP for thrusters really stretched out that part of each round. Plus I saw Pukie peeking his head around the corner looking at me towards the end...creepy bastard. I hate clowns. Thankfully he decided to keep to himself today.

19:23. just for convenience i used a 45# bar for SDLHPs and thrusters. had to sit down for a couple of minutes half-way through the second round to keep from throwing up. moral of this story? energy supplements are stupid.
