Making Introductions

This lady brought Pukie with her the last time she came into town. I'm hoping she left him at home today.

"Barbara"

Five rounds, each for time of:

  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 40 Sit-ups
  • 50 Squats

Time each round separately.
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
Post time for each of five rounds to comments.



Results:
  • Shiloh - 5:11, 4:45, 4:44, 5:18, 5:49 - 37:47 total
  • Laura - 4:11, 4:39, 5:35, 6:49, 4:49 - 38:13 total, sub jumping pull-ups, knee push-ups
  • Seth - 4:05, 4:52, 5:57, 6:26, 6:17 - 39:37 total
  • James - 4:00, 4:51, 6:12, 6:54, 7:55 - 41:52 total
  • Jason - 2.5 Rds, DNF

DNF after 2.5 rounds. neither my legs nor my brain were ready for this today.

What a workout! Pukie was right on my heels at the end of round 5. But I finally made Barbara my bitch!

My legs are not happy with me; ~200 squats yesterday, 250 today, but at least I've redeemed that DNF from last time.

Hey Laura, I sure appreciate how you let James and I think we were actually part of the competition for those first 4 rounds. That was one damn impressive last round!

Thanks! You gotta give yourselves way more credit. Putting a little jump into my pull-ups helped me out a ton! You guys are kipping pull-up pros! Maybe we can hold off on the squats tomorrow.
