Jason - 4 Rounds + 13 ring push-ups, sub broomstick good mornings, v-sit-ups
James - 5 Rounds + 7 Pull-ups, sub parallelette push-ups
Seth - 5 1/4 Rounds, sub 95# good mornings rds 1-2

4 rds + 13 rpus - sub'd broomstick GMs for back extensions and v-sits for GHDs. ropes on the pseudo-rings were a bit short so my rpus were inclined by about a foot.

Today sucked! I was sunburned and recovering from a 3-day weekend of study marathons, boat repair and unhealthy eating. If this was a 25 minute AMRAP I probably would've yakked in the bathroom.

I hadn't felt that nauseous after a workout in a while. Too much drinking this weekend; I was revisiting my hangover from yesterday afterwards.
