New Year, new workout

Well it's new to me at least.

"081207" - AMRAP in 20 minutes
15 Pull-Ups
15 Ring Push-Ups
15 Back-Extensions
15 GHD Sit-ups

Results:
James - 5 Rounds, push-ups on parallelettes
Melanie - 5 Rounds + push-ups, sub jumping pull-ups, regular push-ups
Seth - 5 Rounds + 7 ring push-ups, sub 45# good-mornings for back-extensions
Shiloh - 6 rounds in 17:54

Whew! The GHD's were really tough right after the back extentions. My lower back was numb at the end!

The ring-push ups were tougher than I expected. Didn't help that pecs were still sore from little Linda on Tuesday.
I think the good mornings are a bit more hip-extension than back-extension, so that probably helped. Wish the gym had an actual GHD.

i got an early start and went with the mainsite wod today, but scaled it back to 115#. managed 5 rounds + 4 C&Js and then continued through 7,8,9 and 10 rep-rounds untimed just for practice.

We'll I had to give it a go after a lazy Saturday (no, a lazy couple of weeks). Hey...no sore muscles :)

6 rounds as rx in 17:54 and then 30 ring dips.
