I could've sworn that I had done this one before, but I think it was my first time. Either way, I finally didn't feel sick after the day's workout. It's about time!

Also, Justin and I did a burpee race to 20 after finishing Popeye. Regardless of who finished first, we both won because we did 20 more burpees than the rest of y'all punks. Wurd!

And speaking of wurd, the word verification for this post was "psylaton." I don't know exactly which dinosaur the Psylaton was, but touché blogspot; I think you just moved up a notch in my book.
