I never got to 45 on the double-unders. I did about ten before saying "f it." The jumping was killing my head. I didn't think running would feel good either, so I just did my own thing. Surprisingly, the squat cleans didn't bother me. No motivation today. : (
Nobody seemed exactly amped about this one. Yesterday's workout put the hurting on me. Painful just to sit down on the achy glutes today.
I think squat cleans are a great exercise, and like them ok. Just not for a set of 45 reps.

My back had not recovered from the power cleans on Wednesday. And that combined with a bad case of the fukits made me cut the cleans short today. I can't wait for December when I can start going 5 days on again...I'm starting to feel lazy already!
