Ready for kickoff?

The NFL season started yesterday; seems like a good enough reason to pirate the CFFB workout.

Back Squats - 3x5 (3 sets of 5 reps)

then

5 rounds for time of:
  • 7 Deadlifts - 315 lbs
  • 21 Knees To Elbows

Results:
  • Laura - 135,95,95,95 - 19:40, 135# dl
  • James - 185,165,165 - 17:58, 185# dl
  • Seth - 275,275,275 - 21:14, 315# dl, weighted decline sit-ups: 50# first 2.5 rds then 35#

I really wanted that "As Rx'd" today. Shoulder just wouldn't allow me to do the KTEs, though. That 315 sure got heavy.

Good job on the 315 Seth. You should've stated that you did the DL's as Rx'd.

I took it easy on weight today. My knees weren't too happy with me after the sprints and they still felt a bit weak; especially after the squats.
