15-12-9 rep rds of:

pull-ups
bodyweight bench press
bodyweight deadlift
handstand push-ups

RESULTS:
Jason - weight: 160# - 25:05 - subbed 145# bench on 12-9 rep rds

started out intending to do 21-15-9 but the bench was a bit heavy for me. next time i'll do like bw - 20% for bench and bw + 20% for DLs to make it more effective/interesting/even.
