Put an end to muscular atrophy

Lift something heavy.

Back Squat - 225#
Power Cleans - 135#
Weighted Pull-Ups - 50#

Tried to get all the squats unbroken the first round. Spent the rest of the workout trying to keep the taco dinner down.
Did the first few pull-ups weighted, but my plate-loaded DBs were just too damn hard to hold onto. Will work on getting a belt w/ plates for next time.
