Ugh. I don't know what I was thinking when I mentioned losing my bar mid-workout. I wasn't even able to start with a bar. So I relocated to a different area of the gym and used 40 DBs for the thrusters instead of a bar. (I hate DB thrusters!) And then the pullup station in that area of the gym had a weird shaped bar that was all effed up. (I hate stuff that's all effed up!)
Anyways, rounding the corner to see 8 people in "my" small free-weight area was almost enough to kill my motivation for the day. DB thrusters was all it took to finish it off!
