It's been just over a year since this one came up.
As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 minutes of:
- 4 Handstand Push-Ups
- 8 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
- 12 Deadlift - 135#
- 16 Box Jumps - 20" box
Results:
- Jason - 5 rds + 6 DL
- Jennifer - 6 Rounds, sub inverted knee-push-ups, jumping ctb pull-ups, 50# DL, 10# box
- Seth - 7 Rds + 1 DL

5 rds + 6 DL. just couldn't breathe today for some reason...it was terrible. maybe it's the 1300 calorie cheddar pepper super sonic cheeseburger i destroyed last night. :)
also forgot to mention that i dragged out the good old power tower so i could do the chest to bar pullups without crashing into the ceiling...those things are tough.
