Since we knew the workout was a quick one, we went a little CFFB style and did a max-effort pre-workout today, Bench Press - 3x5
I was shocked that I set a PR on the workout afterward. Haven't been seeing that happen much lately.
i know some of my burpee jumps were less than awesome, but i'll take it.
