not sure what took so long. just another "i can't breathe" kind of workout. i blame the swings!

Day late getting to this one. Quite surprised that I beat my previous time, and to beat it by almost 2 minutes. I had to re-check that I hadn't skipped a round or something.

I agree Jason; the swings were the worst part.
