Become your own hero.


It's a bit surprising that I don't have any previous results for this heroic workout. Seems like something we shall have to remedy.

95 pound Overhead squat, 21 reps
42 Pull-ups
95 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
30 Pull-ups
95 pound Overhead squat, 9 reps
18 Pull-ups

But they were DIFFERENT squats and pull-ups!

I did this yesteday, but forgot to post.

I forgot to stop the stop-watch. I'm guessing about 14 maybe a little under. I did a few ring push-ups and tried to do a few more ring L-dips and when I went to pick up the stop watch it said 16:13.
