“Bodyweight”

Going with the ole "bodyweight exercises" routine today:

4 rounds for time

  • 10 pull-ups
  • 20 push-ups
  • 30 sit-ups
  • 40 squats
  • Run ¼ mile

… wearing a 20lb weighted vest. J
