Yep, that was heavy alright. I didn't expect the power cleans to be that bad, but after the squats...
Good workout!
I started working my legs today for the first time since the tendonitis flared up in my left knee. So I took it really light.

45# squats
95# HANGING power cleans
35# weighted pullups
My knee felt pretty good. Hopefully the long weekend of rest will allow it more time to heal up so I can start back a bit stronger next week.
